Q: Can I request hats or bows on heads that do not have them?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to put hats or bows on heads that do
not already have them.

A: Yes, but the order must ship within the United States or Canada.
Q: My name includes an accent. Can you add it?
A: Unfortunately, the web cannot distinguish accents and will change the accent to a misspelled letter. We can add accents. Simply spell out your name without the accent, and write in the comments section at the bottom of the order form page, e.g. "Please spell Jenny Muller with an umlaut over the u."
